Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: going ALL IN, committing to results and set goals, improving confidence and leadership. She will emphasize the Panthers athletic values as well as the school values of learn, grow, explore, connect, collaborate, and communicate.

Ashley will also incorporate activities that provide tools to improve:
-body language
-building rapport
-believing in yourself and others
-influence of energy
-effective speaking/tone
-choosing your words
