Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: social, emotional, and mental fitness. Ashley will share parts of her personal journey and provide participants with various tools to navigate the quicksands of life. Topics emphasized will be: confidence, creating rapport, embracing connection, communication, social media, influence and using resources.
