Ashley will be teaming up with Athletic Directors Tania Reich (Nashoba Regional HS), Jay Costa (Shrewsbury HS), and Jeff Rudzinsky (Marlborough HS) to present during the Summit. The breakout sessions will cover: 1) mindset, 2) character and leadership, and 3) fan behavior.
During Ashley’s Polishing Your Leadership Mindset session she will focus on: mental toughness, the impact of self-talk, confidence, believing in yourself and others, making shifts to dig-deep and push through limits, getting out of your comfort zone and leading by example.
