Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: internal connection\, committing to something greater than yourself\, creating high performance habits\, the contribution of personal improvement impacting overall team dynamic\, language and action alignment\, embracing opportunities\, creating a culture of positive authentic energy\, and setting/attaining high standards. The session will emphasize the Shrewsbury Baseball and Softball Program Values as well as the Colonials Athletic Program Motto: Accountability\, Competitiveness\, and Empowerment throughout the strategically planned activities. \nAshley will also incorporate exercises that improve:\n-Confidence\n-Mindset\n-Resiliency\n-Effective Leadership\n-Discipline\n-The Power of Influence \nOpen to Shrewsbury High School Softball Program Student-Athletes Only
