Throughout this workshop Ashley will be focusing on: internal connection\, commiting to something greater than yourself\, creating high performance habits\, language/action alignment\, embracing opportunities\, the contribution of personal improvement impacting overall team dynamic\, creating a culture of positive authentic energy and camaraderie. She will reinforce the PANTHERS Values of the Baseball and Softball programs throughout the session while also emphasizing the QRSD mission to develop an interactive and inclusive learning community dedicated to preparing students for productive citizenship in a global society. \nAshley will also incorporate activities that improve:\n-Confidence\n-Getting out of your comfort zone\n-Taking healthy risks\n-Building rapport\n-Sportsmanship \nOpen to Quabbin Regional High School Baseball and Softball Program Student-Athletes Only
