DESCRIPTION:Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: the impact others have had on our lives\, embracing mistakes\, confidence\, character\, making a difference\, leadership\, camaraderie\, unity\, body language\, building rapport\, focus\, clarity\, energy\, taking action instead of reacting and being a part of something greater than yourself. She will emphasize the values that reinforce Spirit Central’s commitment to building champions both on and off the floor. The strategically planned workshop will involve individual\, partner\, small group\, and whole group activities that provide participants with tools to help them push through the emotional\, mental and physical limits we so often put on ourselves.  \nAshley will also incorporate activities that improve:\n-Turning setbacks into comebacks\n-Believing in yourself and others\n-Going ALL IN\n-Embracing the process of progress\n-Keeping things simple\n-The influence your energy has on your life \nOpen to Spirit Central Athletes Only
