DESCRIPTION:Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: building rapport\, body language\, the impact others have had on our lives\, language/action alignment\, turning perceived setbacks into empowering comebacks\, the importance of simplicity\, character\, noticing “wins\,” confidence\, creating high performance habits\, going ALL IN\, taking action instead of reacting\, and mindset. She will reinforce the Values of the PANTHERS Volleyball Program as well as emphasize the ASRHS Athletic Department Values of: Hungry. Healthy. Humble. Honorable. during each of the strategically planned individual\, partner\, small group\, team and program activities.   \nAshley will also incorporate exercises that improve:\n-Resiliency\n-Making choices/decisions with intention\n-Self-advocacy\n-Overcoming doubts/fears\n-Believing in yourself and others \nOpen to Ayer Shirley Volley Program Student-Athletes ONLY.
