DESCRIPTION:During the TRHS Refresh Day Ashley will present 6 interactive workshop sessions that will focus on: character\, embracing the process of progress\, mindset\, building rapport\, self-talk\, standards\, routines\, creating high performance habits\, simplicity\, turning perceived setbacks into empowering comebacks\, social/emotional learning\, effective communication\, and language/action alignment. The Tahanto mission to support and challenge students to achieve academic and personal excellence in a safe\, collaborative\, and student centered environment will be reinforced. The STAGS vision to create a tradition of developing responsible and reflective citizens who are college/career-ready and life long learners will also be emphasized throughout the sessions. As a result of the aforementioned a positive ripple effect will take place not only within the school community but far beyond the Tahanto walls. The workshop participants will be provided with extra experiences and tools to help them navigate through the quicksands of life both now and in the future.
