DESCRIPTION:Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will focus on: effective leadership\, the little things that make a big difference\, how you “show up” matters\, staying positive when being “tested\,” focus/clarity of what you CAN/CAN’T control\, Emotional/Mental/Physical GRIT\, courage\, building resilience\, pressure is a privilege\, standards\, routines\, facing challenges/embracing opportunities\, effort=results\, self-talk\, body language and understanding you are a part of something greater than yourself. She will emphasize the COLONIALS Baseball Program Values of: POSITIVE ATTITUDE/WORK HARD/ BE A GOOD TEAMMATE and reinforce the Shrewsbury Athletic Department Values of: Accountability. Competitiveness.
