DESCRIPTION:Throughout this interactive session Ashley will be focusing on: where you were/are/want to go\, turning perceived setbacks into empowering comebacks\, language/action alignment\, self-talk\, making choices/decisions with intention\, confidence\, creating high performance habits\, overcoming doubts/fears\, the importance of simplicity and noticing “wins.” She will also reinforce the WOOLIES Boys and Girls Track and Field Program Values of: HARD WORK/TEAMWORK/PERSEVERANCE as well as emphasize the MHS Athletic Department Values of: Integrity. Accountability. Respect. and motto: The Little Things…MATTER.  \nAshley will also incorporate activities to improve:\n-Resiliency\n-Character\n-Self-advocacy\n-Setting/attaining goals\n-Standards \nOpen to Millbury High School Boys and Girls Track and Field Program Student-Athletes ONLY
