DESCRIPTION:Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will focus on: providing tools to become an effective leader\, the power of influence\, embracing mistakes\, connection/creating rapport\, body language\, attaching “meaning\,” listening to understand\, encouragement\, going ALL IN\, committing to results/set goals\, energy\, believing in yourself and others\, and simplicity. She will emphasize the PANTHERS Girls Lacrosse Values of: TEAMWORK/RESILIENCE/RESPECT and reinforce the Plymouth South High School Athletics philosophy to foster the development of positive self-esteem and a climate among coaches and team members where mutual respect\, honor and integrity are valued.  \nAshley will also incorporate activities to improve:\n-Confidence\n-Self-talk\n-Accountability\n-Turning perceived setbacks into empowering comebacks\n-Understanding you are a part of something greater than yourself \nOpen to Plymouth South High School Girls Lacrosse Program Student-Athletes ONLY
