DESCRIPTION:Throughout this interactive session Ashley will be focusing on: keeping things simple\, looking at situations as they are/not worse than they are\, taking action instead of reacting\, the influence your energy has on your life\, how to improve energy\, internal connection\, committing to something greater than yourself\, embracing opportunities\, camaraderie\, sportsmanship\, patience\, language/action alignment\, and creating high performance habits. She will reinforce the MHS Baseball Program Values: TEAMWORK/COMMITMENT/RESPONSIBILITY as well as emphasize the WOOLIE Athletic Values: Integrity. Accountability. Respect. and motto: The Little Things…MATTER. during the workshop.  \nAshley will also incorporate activities to improve:\n-Confidence\n-Resilience\n-Communication\n-Leadership\n-GOING ALL IN \nOpen to the Millbury Jr/Sr High School Baseball Program Student-Athletes ONLY
