She will briefly describe the various NTQ workshops offered: Leadership\, Communication\, BRING IT!\, Energy: What are your vibes?\, Embracing the Process of Progress\, Let’s Talk: Relationships and Self-Awareness\, LEVEL UP\, GRIT: Emotional/Mental/Physical and Resilience: You’ve Got This!. Ashley will also provide information regarding how each workshop/combination of workshops are strategically planned for the specific program she has the honor of working with to help student-athletes learn\, grow\, and conquer while navigating through all aspects of life both in and out of season.  \nAshley will also incorporate/demonstrate activities that improve:\n-Confidence\n-Mindset\n-Perspective\n-Going ALL IN!\n-Language/Action alignment \nOpen to Nichols College Coaching Staff ONLY
