DESCRIPTION:Throughout this interactive workshop\, Ashley will focus on a variety of key areas\, including individual and team reflection\, identifying strengths and areas of improvement\, and making intentional adjustments. She’ll also cover personal routines for success\, the idea that there’s no off season\, setting expectations for oneself and others\, and ensuring follow-through. Additional topics include creating momentum\, distinguishing between what must be done versus what should be done\, overall wellness for student-athletes\, implementing 5 pillar values off the field\, and fostering both team and personal accountability. Ashley will also help clarify goals (both personal and football related)\, boost confidence\, develop effective leadership skills\, and encourage commitment to a purpose greater than oneself.   \nOpen to Nichols College Football Team Student-Athletes ONLY.
