DESCRIPTION:Throughout this interactive REFRESHER session Ashley will be focusing on: the impact of follow-through on self/teammates/coaches/others\, body language\, building rapport\, effective communication\, being a part of something greater than yourself\, the incremental steps turning goals/results into reality\, language/action alignment\, standards/routines\, and paying attention to detail in practice/games. The SHS Boys Basketball Program Values: EFFORT/ATTITUDE/DISCIPLINE/FAMILY and Colonials Athletic Dept Values: Accountability. Competitiveness. Empowerment. will be reinforced and emphasized during the strategically planned individual\, partner\, small group\, and team activities.  \nAshley will also incorporate exercises that improve:\n-Confidence\n-Going ALL IN\n-Turning perceived setbacks into empowering comebacks\n-Attaching meaning to words/actions/phrases\n-Creating a culture of authentic camaraderie\n-Understanding that the little things are the big things \nOpen to Shrewsbury Boys Basketball Junior Varsity and Freshmen Teams ONLY
