DESCRIPTION:Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: understanding resilience and its importance\, self-talk\, turning challenges into opportunities to learn/grow/conquer\, perspective\, building a strong support network\, reflecting on experiences to gain knowledge/improve\, empowerment\, body language\, tools that decrease stress/anxiety and increase confidence/productivity\, intentionally channeling energy\, influencing situations instead of being influenced by situations\, perseverance\, the impact of consistency\, accountability and trust. She will emphasize the Mindmatters Summit goal of decreasing stigma around mental health as well as encompassing the Shine Initiative’s dedication to raise mental health awareness with a focus on Massachusetts Schools\, businesses\, and organizations.
