DESCRIPTION:Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: effective leadership\, understanding resilience and its importance\, self-talk\, turning challenges into opportunities to learn/grow/conquer\, perspective\, building a strong support network\, reflecting on experiences to gain knowledge/improve\, empowerment\, body language\, tools that decrease stress/anxiety and increase confidence/productivity\, intentionally channeling energy\, influencing situations instead of being influenced by situations\, perseverance\, the impact of consistency\, accountability and trust. She will emphasize the PANTHERS Softball Program Values: MENTAL TOUGHNESS/RESILIENCE/TOGETHERNESS during the strategically planned individual\, partner\, small group\, and team activities.  \nAshley will also incorporate exercises that improve:\n-Confidence\n-Turning I CAN’T into I CAN\n-Going ALL IN\n-Self advocacy\n-Setting and reinforcing high standards  \nOpen to QRHS Varsity Softball student-athletes ONLY
