DESCRIPTION:Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will focus on: understanding resilience and its importance\, self-talk\, turning challenges into opportunities to learn/grow/conquer\, perspective\, building a strong support network\, reflecting on experiences to gain knowledge/improve\, empowerment\, body language\, tools that decrease stress/anxiety and increase confidence/productivity\, intentionally channeling energy\, influencing situations instead of being influenced by situations\, perseverance\, the impact of consistency\, accountability and trust. The SHS Baseball Program Values: POSITIVE ATTITUDE/WORK HARD/BE A GOOD TEAMMATE and Colonials Athletic Department Values: Accountability. Competitiveness. Empowerment. will be emphasized and reinforced during the session.  \nAshley will also incorporate activities to improve:\n-Confidence\n-Resourcefulness\n-Patience\n-Self-advocacy \nOpen to Shrewsbury High School Baseball Program Student-Athletes ONLY
