DESCRIPTION:Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will focus on: understanding resilience and its importance\, effective leadership\, communication\, self-talk\, turning challenges into opportunities to learn/grow/conquer\, perspective\, building a strong support network\, reflecting on experiences to gain knowledge/improve\, empowerment\, body language\, tools that decrease stress/anxiety and increase confidence/productivity\, intentionally channeling energy\, influencing situations instead of being influenced by situations\, perseverance\, and the impact of consistency. The QCC WYVERNS Baseball Team Values: ACCOUNTABILITY/DISCIPLINE/HONESTY will be reinforced and emphasized throughout the session. \nAshley will also incorporate activities to improve:\n-Paying attention to detail in practices/games\n-Resourcefulness\n-Patience\n-Camaraderie\n-GOING ALL IN \nOpen to QCC Baseball Team Student-Athletes ONLY
