DESCRIPTION:Throughout this interactive workshop\, Ashley will focus on a variety of key areas to get these FHS WARRIORS ready for playoffs\, the “off season” and LIFE. She will include individual and team reflection of the regular season\, identifying strengths/areas of improvement\, and making intentional adjustments. Ashley will also cover personal routines for success\, the idea that there’s no “off season\,” setting expectations for oneself and others\, and ensuring follow-through. Additional topics include creating momentum\, distinguishing between what must be done versus what should be done\, overall wellness for student-athletes\, implementing the WARRIORS Boys Lacrosse Program Values during and after playoffs as well as fostering both team and personal accountability. Ashley will also help clarify goals (both personal and lacrosse related)\, boost confidence\, develop effective leadership skills\, and encourage commitment to a purpose greater than oneself. \nOpen to Foxborough High School Boys Lacrosse Program Student-Athletes ONLY
