DESCRIPTION:Throughout this interactive workshop\, Ashley will focus on a variety of key areas: individual and team reflection\, identifying strengths and areas of improvement\, and making intentional adjustments. She will cover personal routines for success\, the idea that there is no off season\, setting expectations for oneself and others\, and ensuring follow-through. Additional topics include creating momentum\, distinguishing between what must be done versus what should be done\, overall wellness for student-athletes\, and implementing the WHS Girls Lacrosse Program Values: GRIT/UNITY/RESPECT off the field in all aspects of life. Ashley will also help clarify goals (both personal and lacrosse related) that: boost confidence\, develop effective leadership skills\, and encourage commitment to a purpose greater than oneself. \nOpen to Westborough High School Girls Lacrosse Varsity Team Student-Athletes ONLY
