DESCRIPTION:Throughout this interactive workshop\, Ashley will be focusing on: effective leadership skills\, emotional/mental/physical Grit\, internal connection\, committing to something greater than yourself\, creating high performance habits\, language/action alignment\, creating a culture of positive authentic energy\, the contribution of personal improvement impacting overall team dynamic\, patience\, how you “show up” matters\, self-talk\, courage\, staying positive when being tested\, the little things that make a big difference\, facing challenges/embracing opportunities\, turning setbacks into comebacks\, building a strong support network and reflecting on experiences to foster growth.
