Centered on accountability\, stepping up\, and impactful communication\, these ROCKETS will deepen their understanding of leadership and embracing a growth mindset. This session places a special emphasis on pushing through self-imposed physical limits…recognizing that true resilience starts in the mind. Through deliberate choices that foster confidence and camaraderie\, participants will learn to channel their energy intentionally.\n\nAligned with the Auburn High School Girls Soccer program values\, this session features strategically planned individual\, partner\, small group\, and full program activities designed to emphasize Teamwork. Grit. Character. and strengthen connection.
