DESCRIPTION:Throughout this interactive workshop\, Ashley will focus on a variety of key areas\, including individual and team reflection\, identifying strengths and areas of improvement\, and making intentional adjustments. She’ll also cover personal routines for success\, the idea that there’s no off season\, setting expectations for oneself and others\, and ensuring follow-through. Additional topics include creating momentum\, distinguishing between what must be done versus what should be done\, overall wellness for student-athletes\, implementing the WPI ENGINEERS Football Team values off the field\, and fostering both team and personal accountability.
