She will reinforce the Ashland Athletic Department Values of: RESPECT/INTEGRITY/ACHIEVEMENT/RESPONSIBILITY/INVOLVEMENT as well as emphasize the CLOCKERS Athletic Motto: Win Humbly. Lose with Dignity. DESCRIPTION:Throughout this interactive assembly Ashley will be focusing on: confidence\, leadership\, communication\, routines\, standards\, accountability\, turning perceived setbacks into empowering comebacks\, body language\, mindset\, character\, keeping things simple\, sportsmanship and the importance of language/action alignment. The influence and impact student-athletes have not only on their teammates\, peers\, school culture and community but also on the opposing teams will also be covered to bring home the concept of being a part of something greater than yourself. The core values of the Ashland school system: RESPECT/INTEGRITY/ACHIEVEMENT/RESPONSIBILITY/INVOLVEMENT will be emphasized and the CLOCKERS Athletic Motto: Win Humbly. Lose With Dignity. Model Integrity. will be reinforced consistently during the presentation.  \nAshley will also share parts of her personal story as a high school student-athlete\, pressures\, growth and how making the intentional decision to have clarity\, stay focused and pursue the results you desire in life takes effort\, a positive attitude and an unstoppable determination to succeed. Creating opportunities for yourself by using multiple tools to push through the emotional\, mental and physical limits we so often put on ourselves as humans will also be discussed.  \nOpen to Ashland High School Fall Student-Athletes ONLY.
