DESCRIPTION:Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: going ALL IN\, confidence\, the short and long term impact of consistency\, effective communication\, building character\, energy\, the power of influence\, leadership\, body language\, mindset and the importance of being a solid unit. She will reinforce the Boys Ice Hockey Program Values of: HARDWORK\, TEAMWORK and WORKING TOGETHER during the session. Ashley will also emphasize the Rockets Athletic Department Mission of the commitment to the true spirit of competition through respect\, integrity\, responsibility\, leadership and sportsmanship.  \nAshley will incorporate various activities that also improve:\n-Resiliency\n-Camaraderie\n-Setting and reinforcing boundaries\n-Respect\n-Understanding you are part of something bigger than yourself \nOpen to Auburn High School Boys Ice Hockey Program student-athletes ONLY
