DESCRIPTION:Throughout this interactive presentation Ashley will be focusing on: where you were/are/want to go\, turning perceived setbacks into empowering comebacks\, making choices/decisions with intention\, confidence\, noticing “wins\,” character\, self-advocacy\, overcoming doubts/fears and the importance of simplicity. She will reinforce the GSRC’s immersive approach that emphasizes proper technique\, mental preparedness and proper nutrition for track and cross country runners. Ashley will provide various tools that help participants discover more about themselves and each other while encompassing the NTQ values: Courage. Resiliency. Empowerment.  \nAshley will also incorporate activities that improve:\n-Communication\n-Mindset\n-Building rapport\n-Body language\n-Leadership \nOpen to Granite State Running Camp participants ONLY.
