DESCRIPTION:Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: improving confidence\, the influence of energy\, believing in yourself and others\, pushing yourself/passion in your heart\, going ALL IN and committing to set results and goals. She will provide participants with various tools that help them push through emotional\, mental\, physical and social limits they so often put on themselves. Ashley will be an additional asset in the present and future emphasizing the Cape Ann FHC mission to develop the overall athletes mental and physical well-being both on and off the field. \nAshley will also incorporate activities that improve:\n-connection\n-communication\n-self-advocacy\n-mindset \nOpen to Cape Ann FHC athletes only
