DESCRIPTION:Throughout this interactive session Ashley will be focusing on: understanding resilience and its importance\, internal connection\, creating a culture of positive authentic energy\, setting/attaining high standards\, language/action alignment\, the contribution of personal improvement impacting overall team dynamic\, turning challenges into opportunities to learn/grow/conquer\, building a strong support network\, influencing situations instead of being influenced by situations\, perseverance\, the impact of consistency/creating momentum\, trust\, ownership\, resourcefulness\, effective leadership and the power of presence. The WYVERNS Baseball Team Values: ACCOUNTABILITY/DISCIPLINE/HONESTY will be emphasized and reinforced during the workshop activities.  \nAshley will also incorporate exercises to improve:\n-Confidence\n-Mindset\n-Going ALL IN \nOPEN to Quinsigamond Community College Baseball Team Student-Athletes ONLY
