SUMMARY:Girls IncConfidence: I'M WORTH IT! Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Ashley will present 3 interactive workshop sessions to the Girls Inc Summer Program for ages 5-12 that will focus on: character\, embracing the process of progress\, mindset\, building rapport\, self-talk\, standards\, routines\, creating high performance habits\, simplicity\, turning perceived setbacks into empowering comebacks\, social/emotional learning\, effective communication\, the power of influence\, energy\, and language/action alignment. The Girls Inc mission to inspire all girls to be strong\, smart and bold as well as the Girls Inc values of: Recognize and support the strength in every girl. Respect the dignity of each human being and demonstrate genuine care and concern for the well-being of others. Understand and appreciate diversity\, embrace inclusiveness\, and advance equity. Drive for results anchored in integrity and accountability. Collaborate for impact. will be emphasized and reinforced during the workshops.  \nOther topics included throughout the activities:\n-body language\n-mindset\n-resiliency\n-accountability\n-GRIT \nOpen to Girls Inc Summer Program participants ONLY
