She will provide participants with various tools that help them push through emotional\, mental\, physical and social limits they so often put on themselves. Ashley will be an additional asset in the present and future emphasizing the importance of developing the overall athlete both on and off of the field.  \nAshley will also incorporate activities that improve:\n-communication\n-the influence your energy has on your life\n-commiting to set goals/results\n-connection\n-mindset \nOpen to Jr. WooSox athletes only
