She will emphasize the BISON FOOTBALL PROGRAM 5 Pillars of: FAMILY/ACCOUNTABILITY/COMMITMENT/TOUGHNESS/SELFLESSNESS as well as reinforce the Nichols College values of: Leadership. Initiative. Accountability. Excellence. Collaboration.
