SUMMARY:Notre Dame AcademyWRAP UP: Now Let's Keep WorkingField Hockey Program
DESCRIPTION:Throughout this interactive workshop\, Ashley will focus on a variety of key areas: individual and team reflection\, identifying strengths and areas of improvement\, and making intentional adjustments. She will cover personal routines for success\, the idea that there is no off season\, setting expectations for oneself and others\, and ensuring follow-through. Additional topics include creating momentum\, distinguishing between what must be done versus what should be done\, overall wellness for student-athletes\, and implementing the NDA Field Hockey Program Values: ATTITUDE/RESILIENCE/UNITY off the field in all aspects of life. Ashley will also help clarify goals (both personal and field hockey related) that: boost confidence\, develop effective leadership skills\, and encourage commitment to a purpose greater than oneself. \nOpen to Notre Dame Academy Student-Athletes ONLY
