She’ll also cover personal routines for success\, the idea that there’s no off season\, setting expectations for oneself and others\, and ensuring follow-through. Additional topics include creating momentum\, distinguishing between what must be done versus what should be done\, overall wellness for student-athletes\, implementing BISON Women’s Volleyball Team Values off the field\, and fostering both team and personal accountability. Ashley will also help clarify goals (both personal and volleyball related)\, boost confidence\, develop effective leadership skills\, and encourage commitment to a purpose greater than oneself. \nOpen to Nichols College Women’s Volleyball Team Student-Athletes ONLY
