As well as their motto: The Little Things...MATTER. will be emphasized during the workshop.

Throughout the interactive session Ashley will be focusing on: communication, focus/energy, noticing “wins,” clarity of ultimate goals, attaching “meaning,” confidence, the little things, pressure as a privilege, standards, routines, mindset, turning perceived setbacks into empowering comebacks, intentionally building bonds, support and the power of mindset. She will also reinforce Spirit Central Cheer’s commitment to building champions both on and off the floor. Ashley will incorporate activities that improve parent/guardian connections with their child that result in increased productivity and confidence within each other and help form a solid relationship…together.

Ashley will be conducting three interactive sessions focusing on: self-awareness, intentional mindset shifts, perspective, focus/clarity of energy, time spent vs. time invested, breaking/rebuilding patterns, the art of transformation, building momentum, the little things that make a big difference, negative/positive stacking, facing challenges/embracing opportunities and the power of simplicity.

Ashley will share parts of her personal story while reinforcing/emphasizing the NRHS Mission to create a thriving community of inspired learners who: cultivate their fullest potential, create their own future and contribute to an ever-changing world.

I’M WORTH IT: Creating Confidence Workshop

During the TRHS Refresh Day Ashley will present 6 interactive workshop sessions that will focus on: character, embracing the process of progress, mindset, building rapport, self-talk, standards, routines, creating high performance habits, simplicity, turning perceived setbacks into empowering comebacks, social/emotional learning, effective communication, and language/action alignment. The Tahanto mission to support and challenge students to achieve academic and personal excellence in a safe, collaborative, and student centered environment will be reinforced. The STAGS vision to create a tradition of developing responsible and reflective citizens who are college/career-ready and life long learners will also be emphasized throughout the sessions. As a result of the aforementioned a positive ripple effect will take place not only within the school community but far beyond the Tahanto walls. The workshop participants will be provided with extra experiences and tools to help them navigate through the quicksands of life both now and in the future. STAG Strong…Better TOGETHER.
