Throughout this interactive session Ashley will be focusing on: effective communication, camaraderie, creating high performance habits, the power of influence, language/action alignment, effort=results, self-talk, routines, standards, accountability, how you do the little things impacts the big things and being a part of something greater than yourself. The ASRHS Girls Soccer Program Values of: RESPECT/TEAMWORK/RESILIENCE and the PANTHERS Athletics Values of: Hungry. Healthy. Humble. Honorable. will be emphasized and reinforced during the workshop.

Ashley will also incorporate activities to improve:
