John J. Ahearn Middle School
National Junior Honor Society
Leading with Confidence, Character, and Purpose

November 19 @ 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm
This empowering interactive workshop is designed specifically for middle school student leaders. Rooted in the National Junior Honor Society 5 pillars: scholarship, service, leadership, character, and citizenship, this experience guides students to understand how their language, actions, and body language align to create authentic influence. Through individual, partner, and group activities, students discover that leadership isn’t about perfection…it’s about consistent growth and owning their impact. They’ll learn how the little things…the daily habits and choices…build the foundation for the big things, shaping not only their own lives but inspiring peers to lead with integrity and purpose. This workshop fosters self-advocacy, trust, and accountability, encouraging every student to step confidently into their role as a leader within their community and beyond.
Open to John J. Ahearn Middle School National Junior Honor Society Members ONLY
*While this session is tailored for middle school students, the “Leading with Confidence, Character, and Purpose” experience is adaptable and strategically customized for different age groups and settings, ensuring relevance and impact across all levels of student leadership.
