This high-impact session will challenge the WPI Football team to own their power and lead with unwavering confidence, while reinforcing the ENGINEERS Football team values of Trust. Accountability. Teamwork. These student-athletes will learn to overcome hesitation and self-imposed pressure by commanding their inner fire…stepping into decisive action with clarity and courage. Recognizing the weight of emotional, mental, and physical battles each player faces, this opportunity creates a space to build resilience, composure, and determination. Through dynamic, interactive activities, teammates experience the power of collective energy…firing each other up on the sideline and fueling a relentless drive both on and off the field.

Players will discover how their presence and energy impact the team’s momentum, learning to keep their heads up, shoulders back, and eyes forward when adversity strikes. TOGETHER isn’t just a word…it’s an ACTION that MAKES A DIFFERENCE. This session equips them to push through fear, embrace imperfection, and lead with heart…commanding the fire within to elevate individual and team performance under pressure.
