Softball Program
March 20 @ 2:15 pm - 3:45 pm
Throughout this interactive session Ashley will be focusing on: building rapport, effective speaking/tone, listening to understand, attaching “meaning,” choose your words (encourage,) body language, the power of influence, leadership and being a part of something greater than yourself. During the workshop Ashley will reinforce the MHS Softball Program Values as well as the WOOLIES Athletic Department Values: Integrity. Accountability. Respect. and motto: The Little Things…MATTER.
Ashley will also incorporate activities that improve:
-Confidence
-Resiliency
-Turning perceived setbacks into empowering comebacks
-Setting/Attaining Goals
-Implementing Routines
-Going ALL IN
Open to Millbury High School Softball Program student-athletes ONLY
