Throughout this interactive session Ashley will be focusing on: effective communication, stepping up, showing up, how you do the little things impacts the big things, character, building rapport, intentional effort and that you are a part of something greater than yourself. She will also reinforce the MHS Softball Program Values: KINDNESS/RESPECT/HONESTY as well as emphasize the WOOLIES Athletic Dept Values: Integrity. Accountability. Respect. and motto: The Little Things…MATTER! during the session.
