Cheer Program
February 6 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am
Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: confidence, the influence of energy, believing in yourself and others, pushing yourself/passion in your heart, going ALL IN and committing to results and set goals. She will emphasize the Greyhounds Cheer team values of: Commitment, Effort and Accountability during all of the strategically planned individual, partner, small group and team activities.
Ashley will also be tailoring in the following topics:
-Mindset
-Resiliency
-Communication
-Body Language
