Girls Basketball Program

Throughout this interactive session Ashley will be focusing on: turning perceived setbacks into empowering comebacks, confidence, perspective, effective leadership, communication and accountability. She will reinforce the PANTHERS Girls Basketball Program Values of: RESPECT/HARDWORK/ACCOUNTABILITY and the ASRHS Athletic Department Values: Hungry. Healthy. Humble. Honorable. will be emphasized and reinforced throughout the workshop.
Ashley will also incorporate activities to improve:
-Mindset
-Encouragement
-Taking action instead of reacting
-Understanding you are a part of something greater than yourself
