Field Hockey

Throughout this interactive session Ashley will be focusing on: effective leadership, body language, empowerment, building resilience, emotional/mental/physical GRIT, paying attention to detail during practices/game routines, setting/attaining high standards, creating high performance habits, embracing opportunities, patience, self-talk, language/action alignment, internal connection, communication, courage, and understanding you are a part of something greater than yourself. During the workshop the BULLDOG Field Hockey Values of: Develop. Guide. Respect. Challenge. will be reinforced as well as their motto: #makingherstory.

Ashley will also incorporate activities to improve:
-Confidence
-Sportsmanship
-The power of influence
-Taking action/reacting
