Refresher: The Ripple Effect

Throughout this interactive session Ashley will be focusing on: leading by example, authentic connection, teamwork, intentional effort, confidence and the power of influence. The strategically planned activities will reinforce the Demolition Softball Program values of: FAMILY/TOUGHNESS/COMMUNICATION and emphasize the NTQ values of: Courage. Resiliency. Empowerment.
Ashley will also incorporate exercises that improve:
-Body language
-Building rapport
-Mindset
-Energy
