Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will focus on: understanding resilience and its importance, self-talk, turning challenges into opportunities to learn/grow/conquer, perspective, building a strong support network, reflecting on experiences to gain knowledge/improve, empowerment, body language, tools that decrease stress/anxiety and increase confidence/productivity, intentionally channeling energy, influencing situations instead of being influenced by situations, perseverance, the impact of consistency, accountability and trust. The MIAA Pillars: Leadership. Community Service. Sportsmanship. Wellness. will be reinforced and emphasized throughout the session.
Ashley will also incorporate activities to improve:
