Throughout this interactive session Ashley will be focusing on: creating a presence, owning your space, the power of momentum, the compounding of the little things into the big things, value/language/action alignment, paying attention to detail during class/practice, body language, leading by example, the impact of energy and where we were/are/want to go. The Murphy Academy of Irish Dance Values: Confidence. Strength. Friendship. Tradition. will be highlighted during the workshop activities.
