Nashoba Regional High School Communication Workshop
Softball Program

Throughout this interactive workshops Ashley will be focusing on: building rapport, effective speaking/tone, listening to understand, attaching “meaning,” encouragement and body language. During the session she will consistently emphasize the WOLVES Softball Program Values of: BE A GOOD TEAMMATE/WORK HARD/HAVE FUN as well as reinforce the Nashoba Athletic Department Motto: Be Your Best Self. Pave Your Path. Impact the World.
Ashley will also incorporate activities that improve:
-Mindset
-Confidence
-Taking action instead of reacting
-The influence of energy
