Girls Golf Program

Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: where you were/are/want to go, turning perceived setbacks into empowering comebacks, making choices/decisions with intention, resiliency, noticing “wins,” character, self-advocacy, overcoming doubts/fears and the importance of simplicity. During the session she will reinforce the NRHS Girls Golf Programs Values of: TEAMWORK/INTEGRITY/RESILIENCE as well as emphasize the WOLVES Athletic Department Motto: Be Your Best Self. Pave Your Path. Impact the World.

Ashley will also incorporate activities to improve:
-Confidence
-Mindset
-Body language
-Attaching “meaning”
-Self-talk
