Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: character, overcoming doubts/fears, the importance of simplicity, turning perceived setbacks into empowering comebacks, noticing “wins,” resiliency and where you were/are/and want to go. She will also reinforce the Boys and Girls Tennis Program Values as well as emphasize the WOLVES Athletic Department Motto: Be Your Best Self. Pave Your Path. Impact the World.

Ashley will also incorporate activities that improve:

-Communication
