Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: unity, encouragement, the power of influence, mindset, going ALL IN, confidence and resiliency. She will also reinforce the importance of camaraderie, presence, and support. Ashley will emphasize Nashoba Regional High Schools mission statement: together, we inspire and challenge all learners to realize their unique potential and become active contributors to their community.

Ashley will also incorporate activities that improve:
-communication
-owning it
-overcoming doubts/fears
-committing to results/set goals
